Looking for a meeting room, exhibition space or workshop?

We have a number of studio and retail spaces available to let to small, creative industry businesses and artists. All of our studio spaces come with the following services included in the price:

  • Electricity /gas/water
  • Free WiFi - 20 mbps top quality
  • Free secure parking
  • 24/7 access
  • Hot desk with use of iMac computer available on an hourly rate
  • Scanning and printing facilities
  • Use of large outdoor space and workshop
  1. 200 sq ft first floor with no natural light but water/sink - suitable for small business or photographer/digital/installation artist £150 per mth all inclusive.
  2. 200 sq ft fully serviced studio with gas heating and natural light - £150 per mth (Currently let)
  3. 200 sq ft meeting room - suitable for workshops - available at £10 per day, fully serviced or £25 per week
  4. 600 sq ft studio - ground floor - £400 per month - (Currently let)
  5. 400 sq ft studio - ground floor - £125 per month (Currently let)
  6. 1200 sq ft project space suitable for large scale sculptor or a group of artists, available for one calendar month slot £300 or £100 per week. Daily rates start at £20.
  7. 150 sq ft sculptor shed - £80 per month (Currently Let)
  8. The SHED (2,500 sq ft) is also available for rent on a daily basis of £50, weekly rate of £150, monthly rate of £500 for exhibitions or community events. Large discounts for Haltwhistle not-for-profit groups available.
  9. The WORKSHOP (3,000 sq ft) is available for rent on a daily basis of £75 and is available for freelance artists to run workshops.
